I will leave a follow up review on SERVICE after the SALE, but if SERVICE is anything like the actual buying process, I don't see ANY problems. My DREAM car was on this lot the whole time! I got EXACTLY the type vehicle I wanted, A BETTER MAKE, with ALL the options, and because they made me such a great DEAL on the price, I was able to add Gap & a Warranty for peace of mind. You don't know ME, and I didn't know THEM either, but I have shopped everywhere, and have gone down MANY rabbit holes online & locally, for almost a year in search of THE PERFECT car.
If you see something you like, I KNOW they will help you & give you an honest & fair deal. These people don't follow you around on the lot & try to high pressure you into buying something. Dean went above and beyond the call to help me. Dean was ALWAYS spot on! He treated me with RESPECT. Its not that I didnt trust them, i just didnt know them. When he would say, "You don't want this car"., or "this one is just ok", My brother, was also looking out for me too, and he would call & tell me about the report on each car. Dean was extremely patient with me & all my requests, and bless his heart he searched everywhere for weeks for the car I had requested, & we FOUND many, but he was very honest with me on each one we found. The car I bought was crossed off of my list early in my search, because I was CERTAIN that I could NOT afford it. In the end I found a beautiful car that I had no idea I could afford. Dean ,my salesman ,searched everywhere for the car I THOUGHT I wanted, and we came very close. Karl ( the owner of Triumph Auto ) made certain that I was taken care of from the beginning to the end of the buying process. Everyone ALWAYS has "A GUY", lol, but in this case it worked out extremely well for me! A friend told me about a gentleman he goes to church with that he TRUSTED. We have taken it across 2 states for weekend excursions and still believe it is the perfect vehicle for my needs.I was very scared to buy a car from a smaller independent dealership. I think my only complaint was $25 for a wiper blade.one wiper blade! But I suppose its all relative.right?
Update: I have had this for a little while now and still love it just as much as the day we brought it home! We've taken it on a few trips and for the long haul, the ride is very nice. Went with the black.black seats, dash and carpet and carbon fiber (rather than wood) and that did the trick. 2001, to april 28, 2014, and 2004-2006 cadillac srx vehicles manufactured march 20, 2003. Did not care for one color dash, different color seats, different color carpet.then the wood accents.a little too pimpy for this lady. Interior - the black seemed to be the only model that had "matching" interior. Feels sturdy when driving - we drove a few of the competitors which felt light weight and unstable - this one just felt safer when driving. Great gas mileage around town (over 17) and handles well in the snow and ice. Great interior, easy to use and fun to drive. Even with the base model, it is quite luxurious. The average selling price of this vehicle on CARFAX is 13,842. If I had to do it over, would have for sure gotten the rear camera. In CARFAX Used Car Listings, you can find a used 2013 Cadillac SRX for sale from 10,899 to 17,500. My only issue is blind spots.they take a bit to get used to. Directly competing against the Mercedes-Benz M Class, BMW X5 as well as the Lexus RX products, the seven-passenger 2004 Cadillac SRX was created with cues from the CTS. Loved it from afar from the first time I saw it. Remember the commercial.when you turn your car on, does it return the favor? This one does! Couldn't quite pull off the luxury package so we got the base and I do love it.
